**Purpose**

Computes the power of an input signal to the given exponent (secondary input signal)

**Procedure** 

The POW component returns the result of:

.. math:: y = x_1 {x_2} 

where *x_1* is the primary input signal, *x_2* is the secondary input signal, and *y* is the result.
